Where is Atic SA based?

Atic SA is based in Geneva, next to the airport. We are nevertheless always more than happy to meet you anywhere in French speaking Switzerland within short timelines, to discuss your project. We can also manage the delivery of your order outside of Switzerland upon request, for a specific event for example. Please do not hesitate to ask us for a quotation.

Do you always have stock?

We can offer you a large range of items available in stock which can be personalised within short timelines. For these items, we can send you our paper catalogues. Part of the range is also available to download as PDF (link to PDF catalogues) However it can happen that some items or certain sizes or colours are temporarily out of stock at our suppliers. If the case, we will contact you to let you know the expected arrival date, or, if your project timeline does not allow you to wait, we will offer you an alternative item within the same price range.

The item I am looking for does not appear in your catalogues, can you help?

We work with a large network of suppliers based in Europe or in Asia, which enables us to offer you a large range of products based on your needs and constraints (budget, timeline etc.). Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find what you need in our catalogues and our dedicated project team will be more than happy to search for the perfect item. We can also produce fully tailor made items and gifts. Following your brief, we will first of all send you visual mock-ups then carry out a feasibility study (in terms of cost and timeline) with our suppliers. In any case, we will remain your only point of contact and we will manage the project from beginning to end, from the development phase through to prototypes, production and delivery.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most of our items from stock can be ordered in any quantity, without minimum. Please note however that if you would like to have them personalised, some fixed technical fees will apply (regardless of the quantity) therefore the larger the quantity, the cheaper the cost per item. Please do not hesitate to ask us for a quotation based on different quantities, in order to establish the order quantity which is more suited to your needs and total budget. If we are working on a tailor made project for you, minimum order quantities are usually required (depending on the item and where it is made) – we will let you know at the initial feasibility stage.

Where can I find prices?

Prices depend on the quantity ordered, the type of personalisation (print, engraving etc.) as well as your logo (e.g. number of colours). Please do not hesitate to contact us specifying all these parameters and we will send you a quotation shortly.

Which fees are included in your offers?

Our prices are always excluding tax (8%, which will be added on the invoice, except for NGOs) and include all fees associated with personalisation and transport to your office in Switzerland. For any delivery outside of Switzerland, please let us know upfront and we will indicate the additional transport price on the offer.

What is the delivery time?

Most items available from stock can be delivered within 10 days without print, or 2 to 3 weeks if you wish to have them personalised. If the goods need to be delivered outside of Switzerland, or for a tailor made project, delivery times are usually longer depending on the item and/or the destination. Please contact us so that we can assess the feasibility of your project in terms of timing and include any potential additional transport cost in our offer.

What are your payment terms?

All orders are invoiced once they have been delivered. Payment must then reach our account by bank transfer 30 days after invoicing at the latest. If your company uses Purchase orders (PO), please let us know the PO number as soon as possible after placing the order, so that we can indicate it on the invoice.

Can I see a sample before production to visualise what the item will look like with my logo?

For every order with a personalisation, we will automatically send a visual mock-up with your logo (digital proof) for your approval before launching production. If you wish to receive a physical sample with your logo (product proof), then please let us know upfront so that we can include its cost in our initial quotation. Please note that the production of this sample can take around 7-10 days, to be added to the usual production time. If we are developing a tailor made gift for you, then a physical sample (prototype) is always included in our quotation. Please note however that we reserve the rights to charge you for any additional prototype resulting from a change in the original brief (logo, colour etc.).

How can I choose the best technique for my project amongst the various personalisation techniques?

The type of personalisation which is more suited to your project will depend on the type of material the item is made of and on your logo/file. At Atic SA, we are experts in the field of personalised gifts therefore we are here to advise you. Which format do I need to send you my logo or graphic file for personalising the item?

All files should be provided as .ai, .eps, or.pdf vector files. It is strongly advised to use programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or In Design when creating them. If your file contains text to be written using a specific type face or font, then please provide us with the font or make sure the text is vectorised.  In case it is not possible for you to provide us with such files, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional graphic design fees necessary to modify them and make them print-ready.

Are items delivered with specific packaging?

Some items are automatically delivered with a gift packaging (if the case, it will be specified on the offer). If not the case, we can offer you some packaging solutions (pouch, box, bag or other), with or without print, in order to enhance your product. Please do not hesitate to ask us for advice.

Do you organise events?

Our expertise lies in the development of personalised corporate gifts which can be used for events but we do not organise events ourselves. We can nevertheless help you with signage (banners, roll-ups, etc.) and printed items which can be delivered directly to your event location upon request. We can also produce trophies.
