Do you still have stock?

We can offer you a wide range of items that exist in stock and can be personalized at a relatively short notice. For these articles, we will gladly send you our paper catalogs. Part of the range can also be viewed in PDF format. It is nevertheless possible that certain items, in certain sizes or in certain colors, are out of stock from our suppliers. In this case, we will contact you to tell you the expected date of restocking or, if your time does not allow you to wait, offer you an alternative in the same price range.

Where is Atic SA based?

Atic SA is based in Geneva, near the airport. We will gladly travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland and at a short notice to meet you and discuss your project. On request, we can also take care of the delivery of your order outside of Switzerland, for the specific needs of an event, for example. Do not hesitate to ask us for a quote.

Where can I find the price of your items?

The final unit price of an item depends on the quantity ordered, the type of marking (printing, engraving etc.) as well as your logo (eg number of colors). Do not hesitate to contact us specifying these parameters so that we can send you an accurate quote as soon as possible.

The item I am looking for is not in your catalogs, can you help me?

We work in partnership with a vast network of suppliers based in Europe or Asia, allowing us to offer you a wide range of products adapted to your needs and requirements (budget, deadline, etc.). Do not hesitate to call us if you can't find what you need in our catalogs. Our dedicated team will be happy to carry out the necessary research. We also make completely tailor-made objects and gifts. Based on your brief, we can first offer you visual models and then carry out a feasibility study (cost, time, etc.) with our suppliers. We will be your only contact and will manage the project from A to Z from its development, through the production of prototypes, until delivery.

What is the minimum quantity for orders ?

Most of the existing items in stock are available with no minimum order. Note, however, that any order with customization will rise the fixed costs (independent of the number of pieces) which will be cushioned the larger is the ordered quantity. Do not hesitate to ask us for a quote for several quantities in order to assess which one is best suited to your needs and your overall budget. If this is a tailor-made project, minimum orders are generally required (depending on the item and its provenance) and we will notify you during the initial feasibility study.

What costs are included in your offers?

Our prices are always indicated exclusive of tax (7.7% added during invoicing, except eg NGO) and include all costs related to personalization and transport to your location in Switzerland. For any delivery outside Switzerland, please let us know at the time of your request so that we can indicate the additional cost of transport on the offer.

What are the delivery times ?

Most of the items available from stock can be delivered in French-speaking Switzerland within a maximum of 10 days without marking, and 2 to 3 weeks if you want personalization. For delivery outside Switzerland or for any tailor-made project, the time will be longer and depending on the item and / or the destination. Please consult us so that we can assess the feasibility of your project in terms of time and include the additional cost in the estimate.

What are your payment terms?

All orders will be billed to you once delivery has been made. Payment must reach us within 30 days, by bank transfer from the invoice date. If you are operating by purchase order (PO), please let us know when validating the offer so that we can specify it on the invoice.

Can I see a sample before production to see what the item will look like with my logo?

For any order with customization, we will automatically send you a visual model with your logo in electronic format (digital BAT), to be validated by you before starting production. If you would like to see a physical sample marked with your logo (product proof), please let us know so that we can take the cost into account when establishing the quote. Note that the preparation of this proof can take 7 to 10 days to add to the usual production time. In the case of a tailor-made project, the production of a prototype is always included in the estimate. However, we reserve the right to invoice you for any additional prototypes resulting from a change in brief (logo, color, etc.) on your part.

How do I choose the type of personalization best suited to my project among the many marking techniques?

The most suitable type of marking will depend on the type of support (eg material in which the object is made) and your logo / graphic file. As experts in personalized objects for over 30 years, we are here to advise you. In what format should I send you my logo or other graphic file for the personalization of an object?

Files must be sent in .ai, .eps, or .pdf vectorized format. To do this, it is best to use computer graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or In Design when creating them. If your file contains text to be entered in a special font, please also provide us with the fonts used or vector them. In the event that it is not possible for you to provide us with such files, we reserve the right to charge you for the graphics costs necessary to edit them and make them usable.

Are the items delivered in special packaging?

Only certain items are automatically delivered in gift wrapping (where applicable, this is specified in the description on the offer). Otherwise, we can offer you a suitable solution (pouch, box, bag or other), with or without marking to highlight your product. Do not hesitate to consult us.

Do you organize events?

Our expertise lies in the development of personalized objects and corporate gifts that can be used at your events, but we do not organize events ourselves. On the other hand, we can help you with this by producing signage items (banners, roll-ups, streamers, etc.) and printing on request, to be delivered with your gifts directly to the location of your event. We also carry trophies.
